Phase 2: Got own apartment off Louis. Perfect placement of single mic in basement. Also, one night of a 4-track party with close friends. In addition, score free early morning 1 song session at a 'pro' studio. Phase 3: Edit on friend's desktop in Highland Park then distribute.
